pn daly are currently seeking a scheduling/planning coordinator to join our home water effieciency team. in this role, you will be responsible to plan and administrate the activities for the various workstreams that are delivered through the home water efficiency team on our severn trent water contract. purpose to book severn trent customers a free of charge appointment to investigate meter leak alarms and provide a home water efficiency check for our customers and deliver an outstanding customer service. your key responsibility will be making outbound calls to book appointments for our water technicians to attend together with support scheduling team with admin duties. for the admin roles this will involve the processing of work for the field based teams. key capabilities: the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the following: team player with excellent communication skills; articulate and customer focused. including taking inbound/outbound calls monitoring/auditing of appointments 1 year customer service or sales related experience ability to work under pressure, think clearly and act decisively good foresight and the ability to plan ahead uncompromising in achieving customer standards receptive to change and committed to continuous improvement ability to work to targets general admin computer literate for the use of a range of office software, including email, spread sheets and databases and mircosoft office. role is based at our pn daly office in lichfield immediate start available
