rota nanny required for uhnw family in switzerland

salary: £45,000-£60,000, negotiable doe

we are working with a uhnw family based in gstaad, switzerland to recruit a caring, calm, engaging, and dedicated rota nanny for their children. this is a rotational position providing coverage for 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off. the schedule can be subject to change depending on the needs of the family and is always agreed upon in advance.

you will be working as part of a team of nannies employed by the family. the parents are very hands-on so you are more there to assist as needed.

the ideal candidate will be fun, energetic, creative, and engaging as well as kind and caring. experience of working with children of a similar age is highly desirable for this role as the client is looking to hire someone long-term.

during work periods you will share the daily role with another nanny, with one of you doing earlies, and the other doing lates. private accommodation is provided in a hotel near to the family's residence and drivers will transport you back and forth to work. living and food expenses as well as travelling expenses will be covered by the family.
