adecco is hiring immediately for an on-site hr administrative assistant with a local client in oklahoma city, ok.  as an on-site hr administrative assistant, you will provide clerical, administrative, and general office support to a group of professionals.

  • hourly pay starting at $19/hr

    shifts available:

  • monday through friday / 8 am to 5 pm
  •  

    requirements:

  • completed a 2-year degree preferred (will accept a strong candidate with hs diploma)
  • bilingual in spanish is a plus
  • attention to detail
  • proficient in working with computers and microsoft office
  • will be working with hris, sap, and ms office
  •  

    responsibilities:

  • assist with new hire on boarding by making packets and providing backup for orientation
  • assist with recruiting by scheduling interviews and following up with candidates’ status
  • assist with the upkeep of our hr files
  • assist with employee engagement by updating communication boards, oversee the suggestion box, follow up with employees on day-to-day needs
  • assume receptionist duties to sign in guests at the door and oversee office supplies
