the case manager will be able to work in a hybrid work environment, demonstrate a proactive approach to learning our business and the nuances of these tax credit incentives, and provide constructive feedback and suggestions to help us scale as we continue to grow. 

responsibilities:

responsibility for all aspects of assigned client accounts such as communication, incentive qualification, form submission and completion, technology administration, and payment collection.

introduce clients to the aspects of the r&d and erc tax incentive such as the history, the qualifying services, research, expenses, and activities, amended vs. timely tax returns, alternative simplified credit (asc) process

lead all aspects of communication with assigned clients - new business outreach, follow ups, processing status, payment collection and objection handling

work within salesforce.com to manage client relationships, communications, status, and invoices

use googlesuite products (gmail, calendar, hangouts) to communicate internally and externally and schedule meetings

experience:

4+ years of experience in an administrative role with strong client service and communication skills such as email communication, phone triage, and customer service

2+ years in a customer service role

2+ years managing a medical practice (preferred)

1+ years working with technologies such as googlesuite, salesforce, dropbox, and e-signature tools.

salesforce certification is a plus but not required
