the sr. recruiter will have the responsibility for ensuring effective, high quality, compliant and cost-effective staffing, and recruitment efforts to meet ets’ business and program needs. responsible for establishing and maintaining partnerships with scoring & reporting operations as well as assessment and learning technology research & development (altrd). responsible for identifying, sourcing, and attracting top education-related talent for ets’ constructed response scoring pipeline. if you meet the qualifications listed below – apply now!

responsibilities for sr. recruiter include but are not limited to:

  • full lifecycle recruitment to proactively identify, source and recruit top talent in a highly competitive business marketplace interviews the test center supervisor to gather additional information.
  • develop appropriate staffing plans to strategically support the company’s short- and long-term business needs and objectives.
  • manage applicant tracking system, data integrity, and effective use of online tools and automation.
  • as internal consultant to hiring managers, provide direction and guidance on staffing strategies, job responsibilities, and behavioral interviewing techniques as applicable.
  • ensure compliance with ofccp, eeoc and other pertinent regulations.
  • candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for the sr. recruiter:

  • familiarity with federal, state and local employment laws.
  • excellent interpersonal, networking, communication (oral & written), presentation, customer service, consulting skills and organizational skills.
  • high standard of ethical behavior.
  • proficient in microsoft office (word, excel, outlook, powerpoint).
  • relevant experience:

  • ba/bs degree or commensurate experience is required.
  • minimum of 5 to 7 years in a corporate human resources department supporting sourcing functions.
  • proven experience using various sourcing strategies and methods in identifying, screening, interviewing, tracking, and sourcing high quality candidates a must.
  • familiar with staffing software packages and peoplesoft preferred.
