at the end of the apprenticeship there is an opportunity to earn between £20,000 - £25,000 as a full time 1st line support.
in the apprenticeship you will have the opportunity to learn and develop via practical use of your skills and gain knowledge from the team while you complete the it support apprenticeship.
key responsibilities:
trouble shooting issues with laptops, pcs, mobile phones, and tabletsproviding remote and onsite support to customersconfiguring networking equipmentinstallation of it equipment & structured cablinganswering the phone and logging service requests in our crm
