Part-time bookkeeper / office administrator - united kingdom, portadown, county armagh

this position involves working alongside and reporting directly to the company directors.

the role is part-time with the flexibility to fit in with your own individual or family needs. ideally 3-5 days a week (circa 15 - 20 hours per week)

experience with xero and sage would be beneficial

the main duties will include:

invoicing
debtor management
bank reconciliations
vat returns
preparation of monthly management accounts
preparation of year-end financial accounts for presentation to company accountants

other duties may include:

organising of employee calendars
logging of new jobs onto company system
helping directors implement streamlining strategies to current company processes

salary: £11’700 - £15’600
