Full time- maintenance person - united kingdom, east dulwich, london
we are a property company based in south east london - east dulwich and are looking for an experienced maintenance/ handy person to maintain our properties.
the ideal candidate will be experienced at painting and decorating (carpentry), changing/repairing locks, plumbing, minor electric repairs i.e repair sockets/switches etc.
the candidate should be local to se22. they would be required to take an emergency work phone where they would have to attend emergency call outs. it is essential the candidate has a clean uk driving license.
