job duties:
- responsible to assist in the data entry of store discrepancies
- respond to emails and phone calls from stores and resolve their issue(s)
- assist in filing claims against carriers for damaged or lost cartons
qualifications:
- high school degree or ged required, associates or bachelor’s degree is preferred
- experience with data entry
- familiar with microsoft outlook and excel
this job will be between 15 to 25 hours per week
pay rate is $20 per hour
this work can convert to a hybrid work schedule once trained!
