the hogarth is currently recruiting for a full-time bar & restaurant assistant to join our energetic team of staff who help to create a happy and productive working environment.
the hogarth club is much more than just a health and fitness club. the airedale bar, restaurant and terraces provide a wonderful location in which to socialise either privately or with other members. our social calendar also includes an eclectic mix of sporting, culinary and fun events to suit all tastes.
the club offer a beautifully styled, light, and airy space including a courtyard garden for members to enjoy a drink from the bar or healthy and great food from the café menu. the bar and café are also open to the public.
previous experience working within a similar setting as a barista in a café/bar and restaurant is desirable, with a background working in a high customer service environment being preferred.
the successful candidates will be enthusiastic and able to clearly demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
a friendly, pro-active, and efficient manner is also a key quality required. departmental duties involve providing excellent customer service, assisting with planning of events/functions, daily operation of bar and restaurant area, waiting and cash handling procedures. training is provided.
a keen eye for detail is also desirable.
candidates should be always pleasant and enjoy maintaining the high standards that our members expect.
hours:
40 hours per week flexible
