due to continued growth, we are seeking successful bdm's to join us ( we are part of the safety, risk and compliance division)
you will join our innovative cafm solution and this includes four offerings including cafm and helpdesk, occupier portal and efs.
reporting to the head of business development for saas products, we are looking to grow and develop a strong technology sales team.
key activities
contacting potential clients to establish needs and arrange meetings.
working alongside the marketing department to ensure initiatives are aligned with sales requirements.
researching organisations and individuals to find new opportunities.
finding and developing new markets and improving sales through well documented and considered planning.
developing quotes and proposals.

excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to understand and translate technical information into business benefits.
excellent people skills to interact with staff, colleagues, customers, and cross-functional teams, and third parties.

essential criteria
proven software sales experience preferably in b2b software products or cafm sales.
at least 5 years’ sales experience.
experience of complex business to business operational processes.
ability to work on own initiative is essential.
positive ‘can do’ attitude.

experience of working in a consultancy, saas environment, or technology related environment.
knowledge and experience of the built environment and commercial property sector
