Signage technician - united kingdom, south lanarkshire

permanent position, salary depending on experience £22k -25k

my client

a market leading sign manufacturer is looking to expand their team in there converting department are looking for an additional operative to join the production team. ideally the candidate should have experience in sign making or print finishing such as lamination or assembly. digital print experience would be an added advantage to this role for future development and training.

salary and benefits

* based in east kilbride

* working for an established firm with full order book

* hours of work: 08.15 - 16:45 (mon -thurs) & 08:15 - 14:30 (fri).

* free parking

typical duties are outlined below.

* converting raw materials into finished goods to customer specification.

* assembling and fabricating of product, signage, folded boxes etc.

* operating converting equipment such as, guillotine, laminators, logger, saws including esko xp44's & cnc.

* maintenance of equipment including daily, weekly, monthly checks including service plan support on esko's when required.
