are you passionate about providing the very best food to people? if you are then you could be the person we are looking for. we are an award winning nursing care home with 68 residents, based just outside of banstead in surrey. we are looking for a full time, enthusiastic, creative and qualified chef/cook to assist our catering manager in running our busy kitchen - 35 hours per week - 5 x 7 hour shifts. shifts will start at either 7am or 11.15am and you will work 5 days out of 7 including some weekends and bank holidays. we offer an excellent working environment in a recently refurbished kitchen with all the best equipment. we are on all major bus routes and there is plenty of free parking if you drive. we offer an excellent pension (8% employer / 4% employee contribution) and plenty of opportunities for training. hourly rate is £16.20 (£29,484.00 pa) and overtime is paid at 20% on top of normal hourly rate.
