Qualification: iti / diploma in electrical engineering

candidates must have a valid ewa electrical installation wireman license

minimum experience: 3 to 5 years

ability to read wiring diagram
ability to install/assemble switchgear and distribution panel
wiring of control/distribution panels
installation of cable trays & cable trunking
installation of conduit network and pyrotenax
termination & jointing of pvc swa pvc cable and pilca cable
fabrication of steel frames and stands
reliability & responsibility
respect to safety rules and regulations
quality awareness
environmental awareness

job description:

shall be able to carry out all the activities of electrical installation associated with residential/commercial building projects and heavy/light industrial projects.
termination/jointing of hv cables are not to be carried out by electricians. shall be able to carry out testing of minor nature like insulation, continuity tests etc.
shall be able to read drawing and mark for as-built drawings.
shall be able to plan his job well in advance and prepare the material/tool requirements.
shall be fully knowledge about the precise use of tools, quality of tools and all the safety aspects on the use of tools.
shall be aware of work permits/hot permits and the standard procedure followed by the client in carrying out his works.
shall be aware of the company’s quality requirements in the construction activities.
electricians showing high proficiencies and experience of 10 years or more generally fall into the category of electrical technician or sr. electrician
