Care coordinator / administrator for home care agency - leeds - united kingdom, shadwell, west yorkshire
established domiciliary care agency are looking to recruit a part-time administrator for their small office in leeds for 3 days a week
main responsibilities include:
the day-to-day running of the small office
answering the busy phones
general administration
assisting with the staff and customer rotas and maintain correct records of working hours of all staff members.
co-ordinating staff dbs checks
co-ordinating staff training
working with the manager on payroll
assisting with recruitment
documenting all client and carer information
working with manager to prepare for annual governmental inspection.
maintain an awareness of the domiciliary care industry and keep up to date with industry events, legislation and news.
candidates are required to be:
motivated
professional
passionate
enthusiastic
computer literate
competitive salary available depending on experience and some flexibility around hours and days working
candidate must have car and be able to drive
