the company is looking for an ecommerce operations manager to help continue its positive development, maintaining and improving standards across all aspects of the business.

the ecommerce operations manager will oversee:

- customer services

- procurement and logistics

- marketing

- website maintenance and development

this is a new role, taking on many of the responsibilities of the general manager who you will work with and report to.

your ultimate responsibility is to ensure the day-to-day operations of the business run smoothly. you will provide first-line support for issues, be proactive in resolving challenges, identify opportunities for the company to grow and develop, and provide positive, inspiring and supportive leadership for the small team.

- experience in digital marketing (particularly google ads) is helpful

- can-do, positive attitude

- strong all-round computer literacy
