job description
the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of activities, including:
answering the telephone / greeting guests reading and interpreting architectural drawings to produce a bill of quantities using excel and crm system to calculate and present quotations following up leads and revising quotations where required building relationships with clients updating crm system supporting sales, marketing & admin teams
skills
confident on the phone with new people good working knowledge of microsoft office ability to work on your own initiative and schedule excellent presentation / communication skills estimating or construction experience would be an advantage, but not essential.
full technical training can be given if required.
education
gsce level in maths science & english
contractual
40 hours per week, office based £23,900 pa plus excellent perks.
