Data entry clerk - united states, woonsocket

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a data entry clerk position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  within the next two to three weeks

location:  chandler, az 

pay: $16/hr.

length: 6+ months (possible temp to hire)

shift: training is 2 weeks long 8am - 4:30 pm

 

responsibilities for the data entry clerk role include, but are not limited to:   

responsible for collecting and entering patient demographics, payer information and therapy information for new patients referred to the specialty pharmacy

interact with referral sources to initiate the new referral process

participate as an auditor in quality initiatives, including continuous quality improvement, within the department

 

qualifications for this data entry clerk role:

2 years’ data entry experience

typing 50 wpm

high school diploma or equivalent

must be flexible and reliable as well as able to work a full-time 8 hour shift from 10:30 to 7
