adecco is hiring immediately for facilities maintenance tech jobs at a local client in orlando, fl. facilities maintenance techs handle essential tasks with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with pay rates starting at $22.00/hr., plus available overtime. as a facilities maintenance tech, you will encompass all aspects of facility maintenance work including but not limited to repairs, installations, and documenting.

requirements:

high school diploma or ged

4+ years’ industrial maintenance experience required

2+ years’ technical training in industrial maintenance

valid driver’s license

hvac certification preferred

working knowledge of welding equipment, overhead cranes, forklifts, paint systems, wastewater treatment, and general factory maintenance processes

knowledge of preventative maintenance tracking systems such as emait used to complete pm work orders and track equipment performance

ability to trouble shoot systems in a safe and diligent manner

ability to resolve situations in a timely manner and make sound business decisions

must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects

ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance

ability to frequently walk around the warehouse and lift up to 50 lbs.
