adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a business analyst position. 

 

type: 40hrs/wk.  contract

start date:  asap

location:  falmouth, me (hybrid)

pay: $54.68/hr

length: eighteen (18) months with the possibility of extension or conversion

shift:  monday – friday 9a-5p est

 

note:  this is a hybrid role. no other options available.

 

responsibilities for this business analyst position include but are not limited to:   

 

experience in identifying, investigating, and troubleshooting non-standard operational/reporting/process issues

provides recommendations or escalates issues to appropriate area

provides regular analysis and/or reporting to support business partners, functional areas, or centers of expertise

requires working knowledge of functional area and/or business areas supported

may represent the group or participate on projects/initiatives and/or meetings across the organization

provides training to others on best practices

resolves issues and problems by conferring with staff, management, and other internal departments

 

qualifications for this business analyst position:

 

5+ years of relevant experience

working knowledge of functional payroll area and/or business areas supported

demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving skills

hands on experience with peoplesoft payroll & query

proficient with report writing and data analysis

payroll project management experience

detail oriented

excellent pc skills including ms suite

excellent customer service, relationship management, and interpersonal and communication skills
