Project coordinator - administrative assistant - united states, irvine

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill an administrative assistant job in irvine, ca.   this is a 4-month temporary role.  as an administrative asst / project coordinator you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the marketing department and assisting with an awards project.   hours are monday thru friday 8am-5pm.  pay is $20-24//hr.  apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

 

responsibilities for this marketing coordinator job include:

 

  • assist with data entry of quarterly and annual awards information  
  • process quarterly awards run ad hoc reports for awards and other programs
  • prepare weekly reports and correspondence, vendor relations and management     
  • must be able to communicate clearly and effectively, answer award related inquiries
  •  

     

    qualifications:

  • bachelor’s degree highly preferred   
  • must have a marketing or administrative related experience
  • must be proficient with word, excel, outlook, teams, computer savvy
  •  

     

    pay is $20-$24/hr

    schedule is monday thru friday 8am-5pm or  9am-5:30pm working in the office.
