Hse specialist - united states, auburn

adecco is hiring immediately for hse specialists at our client site in auburn, me. hse specialists handle essential tasks with one of our premier clients with an annual salary ranging from $65k-$75k. as an hse specialist, you will assist plant safety teams and drive employee involvement, report to and provide administrative support to the hse manager with database management, respond to safety concerns from employees, and ensure overall compliance in the plant with a large focus in hazardous waste compliance (training, logging, pickup scheduling, and inspections).

requirements:

bs in safety and occupational health , environmental science, or related degree field preferred

2-4 years of safety experience in manufacturing environment

familiarity with osha, epa, & iso management system standards and requirements

monday through friday (but flexible to work other hours when needed)
