seeking a live in housekeeper for a lovely unhw family in buckinghamshire. £600-£700 net per week
£70 additional weekly food allowance
total £52,000 gross package
filipino, tagalog, indonesian and nepalese candidates would be highly considered due to nationalities of other household staff that are employed in the household.
a welcoming family is looking for a respectful, experienced and highly organised live-in housekeeper to join their family. and to work alongside another housekeeper. the role will be based at their primary residence approximately 45 minutes outside of london in buckinghamshire. the candidate will have their own private bedroom and bathroom in residences. there will be opportunities to travel globally with the family (having a passport is therefore essential)
the right candidate will be willing to work every weekend, with the family happy for their day(s) off to be taken during the week. they will be flexible in their role, be a hard-working team player alongside the other household staff, and maintain a calm and can-do approach to their work. experience and a genuine interest working with children is required.
they will be confident working with 2 young children, adapting to working in a multifaceted role that includes upkeeping excellent housekeeping standards, laundry, cooking with confidence (or the ability to follow recipes) for the entire family, as well as undertaking general childcare duties. experience working with hnw families are important as both discretion and adaptability is essential. the role will be approximately 70% housekeeping duties, and 30% childcare/ cooking duties. a general understanding of technology is advantageous. there will be regular care for family dog also.
the candidate must be comfortable speaking english. references must be available upon request, as well as a current dbs (if not, willing to process one)
the candidate will work 5-6 days a week. hours are set at 7.30am – 7.30pm.
