we are recruiting for a learning & development coordinator to join our multi-site uk&i hr team. we offer a hybrid working solution, with some homeworking and office presence required (preferably based at our northampton site, but not essential).

the primary focus is to manage the implementation and rollout of key learning programmes and other bespoke learning and development initiatives.

we are flexible about the required background for this role and candidates with backgrounds such as l&d, hr, recruitment, events coordination and pa roles are encouraged to apply.

key responsibilities

managing the end-to-end logistics for uk&i people development programmes which may be virtual or face-to-face, including:

co-ordinating our various learning programmes, liaising with delegates and facilitators, and ensuring accurate scheduling, attendance records and learning achievements are maintained.sourcing appropriate venues, accommodation, catering and facilities, and ensuring all logistical aspects are managed.maintain commercial contracts with external providers, and ensure invoicing processes are adhered to.budget tracking, raising purchase orders and invoicing.evaluation and data analysis of learning activities.

knowledge

confident and fully competent with it/use of microsoft packages and database managementexperience with platform applications such as zoom and ms teamsexperience of tracking and reporting on budgets

skills

project management to co-ordinate multiple projects at different stages simultaneouslystakeholder management – helping to clarify needs, priorities, and expectationsexcellent written and verbal communication skillsbasic analytical and report writing skills to evaluate training data and feedback
