we are currently looking to recruit an experienced sous chef to work with the head chef and team at this lovely gastro pub in windsor. this newly refurbished site is looking for a passionate sous chef to been part of a small team of experienced chef and happy to deputise for the head chef on his days off.

the place

a lovely dining pub with a 60 cover restaurant and large beer garden. the pub has recently undergone a sizeable refurbishment with a brand new kitchen being fitted. a 7 day a week operation the pub will serve the local community and tourist trade alike with a focus on a a fresh, seasonal menu.

the successful sous chef will have the following:
