we have a fantastic opportunity for an implementation manager to join our team based in marlow.

lead implementation of projects, you'll be working collaboratively with project stakeholders to design and deliver the implementation of projects into the business.

the role will also include working on continuous improvement initiatives, so you must be committed to finding improvements and has a passion for managing and delivering change.

this implementation manager role will require you to deliver an effective and efficient service to key stakeholders within sortation, fulfilment, commercial, customer service, transport, and finance teams.

the implementation manager will be required to make data quality improvements by working with key stakeholders to ensure the data is accurate and delivered within certain deadlines.

reporting directly to national development support manager, supporting with day-to-day dutiesanalyse existing data sources to understand the information and ensure data qualityoperate effectively in a flexible and demanding environment and proactively engage with all stakeholderswork in collaboration with project lead to achieve seamless implementation across all stakeholdersprovide accurate reporting and communication. this will require verbal and written updates and presentations as required.ensure all documents such as end user testing, implementation plan, process flows, work instructions, and sops are completed, updated, and sharedensure that all risks and issues identified are documented, managed, and reported effectivelytake ownership of challenges and be willing to share responsibility for completing taskstake an active part in key projects by supporting the stakeholders in the process design journey, ensuring any actions are completed and communicated in a timely mannerensure full communication is carried out effectively across the implementation journey (plan, pre-go live, training, support, go-live, and close down)implementation of new products, functionality, and enhancements in line with business, down stream access, packet/parcel, tracked, international and fulfilment requirementswork with health & safety and the operation to develop process flows, work instructions, and sopscontinuous improvement

establish full knowledge of all whistl operational processes in order to support customer service and sales account management queriesestablish full knowledge of output files to support the business with data queriesensure all queries are communicated professionally and where required, reports are designed and updated in a timely mannerproduce and maintain weekly detailed report of network revenue assurance spend by collating data from many various sources and systemsthe role will provide data collation, interpretation, and recommendations for various reports which are required on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis measuring performance against targeted kpi's and sla'sdesign and develop ad hoc reports via business objects and manipulate data within excel spreadsheetswe welcome applications for this implementation manager role from candidates with experience in the following areas: analyst, finance, data, revenue, invoicing, quality, excel, it, a level, level 3, it literate, microsoft dynamics navision, reconciliation, purchase orders, data analysis, trend analysis, communication, stakeholder management, reporting, ms office, data analysis.
