these positions will be based at farnborough international exhibition and conference centre

come and join the amadeus catering team at farnborough international, providing a first class catering provision in a fantastic setting, both retail events for exhibitions and public shows, and providing a high standard of hospitality for conference and banqueting events. we are looking to take on casual staff at all levels to strengthen our small but committed team.

primary purpose of the role

to provide a professional food and beverage service within both retail and hospitality areas, meeting and exceeding customer expectations.

key responsibilites

to present a professional and efficient catering delivery to customers to adhere to the standard operating practices of the department to adhere to the company policies in particular cash handling, timekeeping, dress code and code of behaviour whilst on duty comply and work in accordance with all current applicable health and safety, fire safety legislation and group health and safety, fire safety policies, procedures and arrangements as applicable to your work activities and working environment to effectively sell and upsell to our customers at every opportunity to support in the delivery of our financial targets to attend daily briefings and carry out the shift duties assigned by the manager in the operational area to complete usage sheets and,or stock sheets correctly and clearly to resolve any customer issues or to ensure that they are escalated in the appropriate manner to establish and maintain cooperative relationships with other staff members

skills and experience

whilst not essential it would be great if you possessed food and beverage service skills, with experience within a catering environment
