Behavioral health lead (lcsw, lpcc, lmft or licensed psychologists) - united states, san jose

we are currently seeking lcsw, lpcc, lmft, or licensed psychologists in the san jose, ca area. this is an incredible opportunity to manage the quality improvement program of our behavioral health department. this is a full time, permanent position with excellent benefits. remote/hybrid work model as well with a flexible schedule.

 

required qualifications:

lmft, lcsw, licensed psychologist, lpcc or license eligible in the behavioral health sciences.

one year or more of supervisory and managerial experience.

ability to read, analyze, interpret, and apply complex compliance and regulation guidelines

experience with quality improvement processes and/or compliance.

experience with reporting systems, practices pertaining to quality improvement and program evaluation, and electronic health records.
