jr are looking to find an experienced pension administrator to join our service sector client in derby city centre. as the resident pensions expert you will lead the pension function within a growing group of payrolls. due to the nature of this role we are only able to accept those with specific experience and want to take ownership allowing autonomy to manage and streamline your processes. responsibilities: administration of various group company pensions to meet tpr requirements, currently including: company 1 currently payrolling approx. 260 p/w company 2 currently payrolling approx. 2500 p/w with substantial growth expected in the coming months 2/3 other companies in acquisition resolving worker queries relating to pensions assist in new client acquisitions and transfer to pension schemes key skills: the ideal candidate will be an experienced pensions administrator confident in answering customer queries both via phone & email ability to build relationships with customer base, ensuring a positive image of the company is upheld at all times. excellent attention to detail and high degree of accuracy strong communication skills this role is being advertised by jr on behalf of the client
