adecco is currently assisting educational testing service, recruiting for treasury associate jobs in princeton, new jersey.

treasury associate will be a member of a high-profile team that will be a key participant in a broad range of treasury support functions.

responsibilities for these jobs include but are not limited to:

  • process all check deposits via remote check deposit, as well as maintaining relevant spreadsheet that monitors scan check activity to ensure compliance.
  • process accounts receivable credit card payments.
  • monitor slas of the outsourced vendor for chargebacks and refund processing.
  • assist with preparation of journal entry, accruals, and reconciliations.
  • provide timely and accurate bank/merchant service fee analysis reports and reconciliations.
  • obtain bank balance & transaction data from electronic banking services with daily f/x rates.
  • reconcile previous day cash for ets and/or subsidiaries
  • provide support for treasury department managers with requisitions, asl’s, sr’s and system access.
  • assist managers with posting information on sharepoint sites.
  • assist analysts and managers with gathering treasury department information.
  • maintain data files and documentation in compliance with ets policies and procedures, payment company and processor agreements and regulations.
  • monitor daily and monthly activity for potential fraud, errors, and anomalies. investigate root causes, alert impacted and/or responsible parties as necessary.
  • back up managers with daily banking positive pay suspect issues.
  • prepare e-payment analytic reports for analysis.
  • update process and procedure manuals.
  • handle and assist with special treasury related projects and resolve issues assigned
  • assist as a back up to treasury analyst’s responsibilities.
  • special projects as assigned by treasury operations manager.
  • candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for this job:

  • associates degree/ four-year degree in business preferred
  • 1-2 years financial background experience.
  • required skills

  • independent self-starter with the ability to work independently and accurately.
  • excellent organization, prioritization, oral and written communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple information sources from various company departments.
  • excellent interpersonal skills with strong customer service orientation.
  • strong pc excel skills. knowledge of people soft a plus.
  • must demonstrate excellent analytical judgment and decision-making skills.
  • ability to work overtime or company holidays if necessary
