responsibilities for this administrative assistant position include, but are not limited to:

  • answer phones
  • make appointments
  • send email quotes and create contracts as needed
  • assist customers in person as needed
  • to be considered for this administrative assistant position, you should:

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–3 years of administrative assistant experience
  • must possess strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • attention to detail
  • strong computer skills in ms suite
  •
