staff need to be able to travel in the community so drivers are preferred but is not necessarily essential, a enhanced petrol allowance is provided.
experience is not essential just a commitment to help others and a positive attitude. full training will be provided with the opportunity to gain a level 2 and 3 diploma in health and social care.
