Field technicians responsibilities• attending to maintenance requests• responding to new install requests• responding to removal approved requests• responding to reinstall approved requests• checking devices when needed• updating device configuration• relocating devices when approved• availability over the various communication mediums agreed upon (verbal, written, email, sms, whatsapp)• checking installation• checking devices for maintenance• reporting any type of manipulation• replacement of device in the case of defects and valid warranty• need something more, please let us know• documenting work in the company forms/electronic forms• using company vehicle for company activities, for other activities not related to company you should receive an approval to use company vehicle• any other requirements as per project needs
