this role is based in leicester, and is an exciting opportunity for someone with great qa experience in a pharmaceutical setting to learn more about the clinical side of business, whilst leading in a team in quality compliance. client details my client is a clinical trials service provider, meaning that they work with a number of customers in the pharmaceutical sector, helping them through their clinical trials. they are based in leicester, and have been operational in this sector for over 30 years, which has led to a great customer base with some really exciting projects. description logging customer complaints, assisting with investigations where required, liaising with other departments to ensure timelines are met. maintaining logs. raising and logging deviations, approval of deviations as per sop. liaising with internal and external stakeholders as required. leading and assisting with investigations to establish root cause. communicating internally to ensure timelines are met. assessing trends. maintaining logs. raising and logging capa. follow through of actions as designated and to ensure timelines are met. raising and logging change controls, completing impact assessment and risk evaluation. approval of change controls as per sop. carrying out designated activities. liaising with other departments to ensure timelines are met. assessing trends. maintaining logs. initiate the standard review of sops (every 2 years). authoring sops as designated. review sops as required. maintain gmdp related indexes and files. assist with implementation of the annual qa plan and vendor plans. profile education & experience: ideally a university degree or equivalent. 5 years+ experience in a qa position within a gmp pharmaceutical environment is a requirement. skills/qualifications: excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) accuracy and detail oriented ability to multi-task computer skills: microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint), outlook. job offer education & experience: ideally a university degree or equivalent. 5 years+ experience in a qa position within a gmp pharmaceutical environment is a requirement. skills/qualifications: excellent organisational and communication skills (both written and verbal) accuracy and detail oriented ability to multi-task computer skills: microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint), outlook.
