live-in housekeeper/cook & handyman/maintenance couple sought in surrey. home to a professional couple with 3 children under 15 (children only part-time at residence). the family seek a hardworking and flexible couple to manage their permanent residence with small 1 acre garden. duties will include: cooking two meals a day (lunch and dinner) with ability to cook for friends and extended family too on occasion (principles are vegan). laundry and wardrobe management for high end clothing, tidying and organising. caring for the family’s pets including 4 very friendly dogs (dog/house sitting will be required when principals are away). valeting and fueling of cars, gardening, swimming pool maintenance, pond cleaning, and grounds management. the appreciative employer will bring in extra help when necessary for the following: gardeners once per week, pool maintenance once per week, cleaners up to 8 hours per week to support housekeeper, catering when large numbers, window cleaners twice per year, and deep car valeting once per month. this is a fully staffed home, pa and weekend housekeeper of 20 years already employed. must have strong maintenance skills and a high attention to detail. being able to self-manage and constantly maintain the home to high standard. hours will be monday – friday 8am-6pm with a lunch break. two drivers preferred (but only one essential) car is provided on/off duty. accommodation is either a well presented 1 bed studio annex above the garage, with separate kitchen or the principals can look into renting a nearby private property in the local town. salary on offer is up to £80kgpa dependent on experience and accommodation secured. regrettably not suitable for children, 1 pet would be considered. interviewing now to start asap. ref no: 32881
