Motorbike shop manager or mechanic - united kingdom, luton, bedfordshire

be a part of the growing success of adambikes. we are one of the largest used motorbike shops based out of the se england area and are looking for a shop manager to manager and undertake the day-to-day activities.

responsibilities:

manage and maintain the shop at a high level at all times
ensure all purchased bikes are logged onto the system accurately and efficiently
book customers for viewings
tend to customers as required when there are viewings
inspect purchased motorbikes on arrival
carrying out required repairs (if possible)
preparing bikes to be advertised on our portals by taking pictures/walkaround videos, pricing them and writing a comprehensive description
managing the team calendar efficiently and updating the team regularly on viewings, sales and deliveries
taking customer calls (when necessary)

requirements:

preferably, the successful applicant will have motorbike mechanic knowledge/experience
ideally, the successful applicant would be a rider or have a passion for motorbikes
customer service experience is not a requirement - training will be provided
