Office administration coordinator - united kingdom, poole, dorset
we are a successful renewable energy solution provider, specialising in the sale and installation of solar pv, battery storage solutions, replacement inverters, air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points. we have been trading since 2014.
we are looking for an enthusiastic and confident individual to join our office team.
the individual will be required to:
- answer telephone enquiries from customers, installers and suppliers
- assist with the processing of our customer contracts
we sell and install solar pv, battery storage solutions, air source heat pumps and other green energy products. these contracts need to be filed, recorded, processed and updated regularly with their current status. so this role would ideally suit someone with general admin experience and with a logical and organised mindset. an individual with a basic knowledge of microsoft excel, word and outlook email would be ideal.
we are a small friendly and supportive team, operating in a fast paced, busy and expanding business.
the role is full time, permanent with the individual required to work monday to friday, we can however consider both a full time role or a part time role (i.e. school hours).
