we are currently looking for a chef de partie to join this close knit brigade, preparing dishes under their michelin star head chef. the kitchen is focused on using the best british produce, with 95% of the ingredients used being sourced from within the uk's shores.

the place

our client is a michelin star, 3 aa rosette fine dining restaurant housed in an historic building in a beautiful village location on the outskirts of woking in surrey. the food is very much flavour focused, with dishes being created using simple, sometimes unusual, flavour combinations, all delicately balanced to bring out the best in them. the ingredients used are sourced from all over great britain, with the focus being on finding the best produce and suppliers of quality ingredients.

as a chef de partie you can expect the following:

the ideal chef de partie will have:
