we are currently looking to recruit an experienced sous chef to join the head chef and team at this lovely owner operated gastro pub. the sous chef will be a natural leader and be happy cooking and working with the head chef on managing the organisation of the kitchen.

our client is a charming neighbourhood pub in a small village near wokingham with a market-fresh menu, offering excellent, classic british dishes with a seasonal theme. the pub is part of an independently owned award-winning pub group.

the perks

as sous chef you can look forward to the following:

salary up to £38,000 dependent on experience 48 hr week over 5 days with some double and single shiftsinput into seasonal menu and specialsongoing development opportunities in a growing groupthe opporunity to create fantastic dishes with the best local produce the person

the successful sous chef will have the following:
