Personal assistant care and support worker wanted by worthing writer flexible hours £11-£20 ph - united kingdom, worthing, west sussex
i am an easy-going, good-humoured 62 year old male writer with ms. i need someone (male or female) with the skills to be able to independently move & hoist me when needed, provide personal care, prepare simple meals & feed them to me. having computer skills would also be an advantage. i have a ground floor flat in central worthing near the town centre & seafront, with loads of free car or bicycle parking. i am a non-smoker but others are welcome to smoke in the garden. i occasionally look after a friend's well-behaved dog.
pay is between £11-20 per hour, depending on skills, experience, availability & shift times. paid 4-weekly with optional pension & pro rata holiday contributions. this is a contracted position, & a dbs will be required which i can pay for if necessary.
we are looking for permanent cover for the following shifts:
monday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6 pm
tuesday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6 pm
wednesday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6 pm
thursday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6 pm
friday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6 pm
saturday 5 hour block shift or split shift if more convenient, anytime between 6am-2pm
saturday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6 pm
sunday tea time for 1.5 hours, anytime between 4-6pm
+ occasional cover for other days & nights
