responsibilities for this recruiter position:

  • recruit for clients, go through interview process with new applicants
  • set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material
  • answer office phones and give information to callers, take messages, or transfer calls to appropriate individuals
  • locate and attach appropriate files to incoming correspondence requiring replies
  • greet office visitors and handle inquiries or direct them to the appropriate person based on their needs
  • complete forms in accordance with company procedures
  • compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports
  • qualifications:

  • 2 years office of experience
  • 1 year of recruitment or human resources, is a plus
  • microsoft office
  • great communication skills
  • salary- will discuss salary in interview.
