Patient care coordinator - united states, bloomington (illinois)

adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a patient care coordinator opportunity in chicago, il.

type: contract 

pay: $20/hour

length:  six (6) month, with the possibility of converting to permanent placement
shift/hours:  5 days a week, 8.5 hours a day. need to be able to work any shift between 7:00am-7:00pm

notes:  onsite

responsibilities for the patient care coordinator job:

  • provide subject matter expertise of program requirements and application status while maintaining a high level of customer service
  • ensure correct information or directs the call to the appropriate team member while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • provides typed documentation of all communications received from calls and provides notification of any urgent orders, shipping related issues, and complaints

    • qualifications for this patient care coordinator job:

  • high school diploma or equivalent required
  • previous experience in a call center or healthcare environment opportunity employer/veterans/disabled
