Flex etch operator - united states, new plymouth
adecco staffing is working with a manufacturing plant in plymouth, ma. we are looking for qualified operators on 1st shift & 2nd shift! this is a temp-to-hire position.

this is a full-time position. days and hours of work are monday through friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. 2nd shift 3:30pm- midnight
required education and experience
1. high school diploma or ged.
flex etch operator
summary/objective
this position requires manual wet chemical tank and wet chemical conveyor etching of panel substrates and the stripping and seeding of the panels after etching. flex etch operators will also be trained in the plating processes using tanks or an automated processing line. the operator is responsible for the processing of sheets/parts to achieve customer specifications and perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure process capability.

• perform etching processes per general instructions to achieve customer specification.
• read and apply special instructions when applicable.
• perform frequent measuring tasks with specialized measuring equipment to ensure product conformance.
• document measurements and trends according to product control worksheet and traveler review and mark up instructions.
• fixture and process panels through various wet chemical tanks and wet chemical conveyors using frames, leaders and backboards.
• maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition following prescribed safety regulations.
• perform prescribed preventive maintenance on machines as required per operator process control checklist.
• complete tasks as directed using daily schedules with minimum supervision.
• report feedback or issues to department lead or supervisor as needed.
• work as a team member with peers and leadership to achieve production demands.
