Flex etch operator - united states, new plymouth
adecco staffing is working with a manufacturing plant in plymouth, ma. we are looking for qualified operators on 1st/ 2nd shift! this is a temp-to-hire position
summary/objective
the flex image operator performs manual wet/chemical tank and conveyor cleaning of panel substrates. the flex image operator performs four operations, cleaning, coating, exposing and developing. the operator is responsible master all general instructions, operation instructions and safety within the flex image department. he/she is responsible for applying various types of wet/dry films to panels using a roll laminator, vacuum laminator, and screen printer. he/she registers photo tools and imaging panels using an ultraviolet light source. operators process panels through a conveyor developer equipment to achieve the proper break-point.

• maintain the process control checklist to ensure equipment and tank related requirements are ready (temperature of tank, etc.).
• fixture product to panel and process panels through various chemical tanks.
• tape panels to leaders (fixtures) and process through a conveyor clean machine.
• set up and break down laminator equipment.
• coat the panels by processing through laminator equipment and and/or screen printer.
• register photo-tools and process panels using exposing frames.
• fixture imaged panels to frame and run through conveyor developer equipment in order to process the rinse and dry cycles of the via the chemical/rinse equipment.
• reporting feedback to lead/supervisor.
• maintain an organized workspace.

position type/expected hours of work this is a full-time position. hours of work are monday through friday, first shift 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and second shift 3:30 to midnight. occasional overtime as deemed by management and production needs. regular attendance is an essential function of the job.
required education and experience
1. high school diploma or ged.
