Master scheduler - united states, santa clara

adecco is hiring immediately for a master scheduler with a local client in santa clara, ca. master schedulers perform essential duties with pay starting at $45/hour, plus available overtime.

 

in this role, you will support the bmo team with the order fulfillment process from forecast, manufacturing slot request, booking closure and shipment. responsibilities include but limited to:

 

  • request slotting system and nso in mpp
  • go to mpp in sap
  • slot request with bu demand date & description
  • send master schedule email notification
  • slot nsos and $0nso
  • use nso database
  • enter relevant information and slot
  • update/maintain ccsd
  • compare mfg ship revised dates to bmo ccsd
  • flag gaps and bridge disconnect
  • follow up with pm for push out and/or confirmation of pull in
  • update ccsd and notify party required info
  • create i&w plan / ssp
  • obtain relevant info from bmo
  • submit request in sap
  • nsrs
  • submit repeat nsrs
  • slotting meeting: check on nsr implement status for upcoming tool pending socp
  • maintain tracker for work perform
  • adhoc request
  •  

    requirements:

  • 5 years’ experience
  • experience in manufacturing
  • bachelor’s degree
  •
