product demonstrations are a fundamental part of the shopping experience-- they are a make-or-break moment for consumers who are considering our platform as their next phone. as a demo coordinator on the retail marketing team, you will be at the hub of crafting this workstream, collaborating with internal teams and vendors to bring it to life. from initial concept through user testing, executive approval, and final delivery, you will be a key contributor to the success of our demo program. you should be a quick learner with a solid understanding of the competitive landscape, the ability to interface with cross-functional team, and the passion for bringing our company hardware products to life. overall, you are an innovator who is eager to handle creative and technical challenges, has great problem solving skills and the focus to enhance the experience for consumers. a strong project management background is a requirement, and creative (advertising) background is a plus.

 

skill/experience/education

mandatory

ba/bs required in any field.

at least 5-7 years of experience in project management.

large-scale project management experience in driving projects across the finishing line. * demonstrated strong performance in prior roles with outstanding execution, resourcefulness, creativity, and working with ambiguity in cross functional teams.

strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and problem solving skills.

detailed oriented with proven track record of driving tactical executions.

excellent written and oral presentation skills.

ability to dive into product topics quickly and grasp key concepts.
 

desired

knowledge of the consumer electronic / consumer technology / mass retail / carrier landscape preferred.

 experience with launching products in retail globally. pmp certification

technical affinity towards understanding product functionality and product operations.
