our client are looking for a multi skilled operative to join our cobalt plus division; servicing homes across fazakerley, norris green and croxteth, the successful candidate will report into maintenance supervisor and join a friendly and supportive team.

the main trade will be fencing with skills required amongst other trades for example, joinery, plumbing, patch plastering and tiling.

this role will work as part a team to deliver an all–encompassing service to tenants and neighbourhoods specifically working within our maintenance team carrying our repairs to both void and tenanted properties to a high standard. this includes maintenance to our properties carrying relevant joinery tasks such as kitchen installations, window & door installations and all aspects of 1 st and 2 nd fix joinery. crucially ensuring work is completed within set timescales, complying with health and safety requirements and achieving customer satisfaction always.

you should be able to work to your own initiative and will adhere to and promote their values and behaviours. you will also possess a full driving licence.

the successful candidate will enjoy 23 days holiday, plus 3 additional days for christmas shut down, as well as the option to join the company pension scheme. the salary for this role is gbp28,343.39 per annum. standard working week is 37.5 hours per week, monday to friday.
