adecco is hiring immediately for an administrative coordinator with a local client in gainesville, ga. administrative coordinators perform essential duties with pay starting at $19.23/hour. in this role, your responsibilities will include:
admin support to the project coordinators & liaison with production
answering phones & directing walk-in traffic
communicating with customers job specific task, selections & invoicing
monitoring showroom & production emails and direct outward
processing payments and create receipts/invoices
maintaining showroom presentation. light organization and cleaning when necessary
restocking supplies, catalogs, showroom restroom and forms
initial customer contact and form completion, when necessary
liaison with team leader on customer service issues
creating service tickets, when necessary
special projects or showroom tours preparation
other duties, as assigned
requirements:
college degree a plus, but not required
2-3 years’ experience in similar role
software: outlook, office 365, stone profits
basic cabinet & countertop product awareness & terminology
keyboarding/data entry skills, phone skills
