adecco is hiring immediately for an administrative coordinator with a local client in gainesville, ga. administrative coordinators perform essential duties with pay starting at $19.23/hour. in this role, your responsibilities will include:

 

  • admin support to the project coordinators & liaison with production
  • answering phones & directing walk-in traffic
  • communicating with customers job specific task, selections & invoicing
  • monitoring showroom & production emails and direct outward
  • processing payments and create receipts/invoices
  • maintaining showroom presentation. light organization and cleaning when necessary
  • restocking supplies, catalogs, showroom restroom and forms
  • initial customer contact and form completion, when necessary
  • liaison with team leader on customer service issues
  • creating service tickets, when necessary
  • special projects or showroom tours preparation
  • other duties, as assigned
  •  

    requirements:

  • college degree a plus, but not required
  • 2-3 years’ experience in similar role
  • software: outlook, office 365, stone profits
  • basic cabinet & countertop product awareness & terminology
  • keyboarding/data entry skills, phone skills
