Human resource management learning operations specialist - united states, santa clara

adecco is hiring immediately for a human resource management learning operations specialist with a local client in santa clara, ca. operation specialists perform essential duties with pay starting at $45/hour, plus available overtime.  

 

responsibilities:

coordinate in person and hybrid instructor led courses in the engineering and technology domain

collaborate with course owner and course instructors to deliver smooth and seamless learning experience

be on-site in santa clara, ca on the day of the class (beforehand, during, and wrap-up)

set-up in-person classes per the course instructors’ requirements- which can include, but is not limited to room configuration, printouts/handouts/copies, a/v, catering, etc.

purchase and manage materials requests for course

accurately schedule classes and manage enrollment and completion reports in learning management system

collect invoices, create pos, and ensure on-time payment to vendors

assess course quality, gather, and synthesize participant feedback to improve course quality

 document best practices and maintain a playbook for in-person/hybrid classroom courses

other operational course tasks as needed

 

requirements:

bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution

2-to-4-year experience

excellent project management, attention to detail, and critical thinking

experience working with learning management systems

experience in manufacturing
