demonstrate initiative, set priorities, ensure timely and accurate completion of assignments
oversee compliance by those in the department with firm and office policies and procedures
maintain expertise in the in all recruiting efforts, manage entire recruiting process and provide as a positive role model
provide direction for staff, provide on the job training and mentoring
required qualifications
bachelor’s degree
minimum 3 years of experience in a law or professional services environment or collegiate institution
